Day 1: Edible Obsessions
OJ, tomato sauce, eggs (scrambled or hard-boiled) and cheese are THE foodstuffs that I cannot live without.
When I go to uni, I always bring a bottle of water. Drinking water keeps me awake during boring lectures, and the filled-up bladder that eventually needs emptying gives me something to do during breaks. Today, I had lunch with Jane before I had any classes, so when I went to lunch, my water bottle was still full so I obviously didn't need to buy myself a drink to go with my meal. But I love orange juice, and I bought a bottle.
When I came home tonight at around 7, I noticed on the kitchen table a plate of scrambled eggs, and I actually squealed with delight. I love scrambled eggs, and I also love to drench them in tomato sauce. I think that's a Filo thing. I don't know anyone else that puts tomato sauce on their eggs. I love to cover most of the things I eat with tomato sauce. I'm not as outrageous as you might think, but I sometimes can be.
And cheese. Dear, dear cheese. My mum buys the 'value' blocks of cheese because they're cheaper than the smaller blocks, and also 'cause I eat cheese in excess. I'd have taken the photo with our current block of cheese, but it's aready almost finished.
